A few weeks ago, my family and I went to Memphis TN. to visit Aunt Shannon, Sean and our new baby cousin Silas. But the highlight of the trip was the Memphis Zoo. We saw a ton of awesome animals, and I posted my favorites. Above I have the pictures of a very rare white tiger, my favorite the African penguins, the African elephant, the baby giraffe and my other favorite the polar bears. The polar bears were in a glass tank so they would swim right up next to you. They were SO cool! The other animals we saw were: giant pandas, a red panda (which looks like a red raccoon), small clawed otters, a lion and a lioness, gorillas, zebras, cheetahs, antelopes, pelicans, flamingos, orange tigers, orangutans. We went to the aquarium and saw lots of different kinds of fish.The Zoo also had: black bears, bald eagles and hippos. We went to reptile land and saw lots of reptiles like crocodiles, alligators, snakes and stuff like that. And we ate lunch at the Backyard Burger in the Zoo next to the big cats, and in Backyard Burger there was a big window were you could see chimps playing. Overall the Memphis Zoo was AWESOME!
